Parent/Tot Total Gymfit – Ages 18 months – 2 Years / 50 minutes / Ratio 8:1
Spend fun time with your tot athlete while going through various circuits and obstacle courses which include gymnastic equipment and apparatus. Children are introduced to basic gymnastic skills and concepts while developing balance, coordination and body awareness. Gross motor skills, socialization and FUN are important aspects of this class.
  • Warm-up (5 minutes) with music– running, hopping, crawling, bear walk, crab walk, dancing
  • Obstacle Course (15 minutes) – climbing, jumping, over/under, balance
  • Tumbl Trak (15 minutes) – running, jumps
  • Bars & Balance Beam (15 minutes) – hanging, swinging, walking
Tiny Total Gymfit – Age 3 / 50 minutes / Ratio 5:1
Your tiny athlete is at the age where they are ready to be on their own. This class teaches children to take instruction from another adult. Parents are asked to remain in the parent lounge in case they are needed to assist in control and structure. The children learn basic gymnastic skills and concepts while developing balance, coordination and body awareness. Your tiny athlete will participate in circuits that include gymnastic equipment and apparatus. Gross motor skills are developed in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Socialization, independence and FUN are important aspects of this class.

Your preschool athlete will have lots of fun and burn lots of energy in this class. While learning basic gymnastic skills and concepts, children practice balance, body control, strength and agility. Preschool athletes participate in circuits focused on particular gymnastic skills and events. Children are challenged in various aspects of strength, coordination and flexibility. Independence, self-confidence and FUN are important aspects of this class.

Your budding athlete will gain gymnastic knowledge and skills in this class geared toward building strength, flexibility, body control and power. Children will learn to focus and concentrate on particular gymnastic moves while
understanding the importance of overall fitness. Agility, coordination, and body awareness are challenged in a fun and motivating environment. The athletes participate in different types of gymnastic training on all apparatus. Self-motivation, empowerment and FUN are the important aspects of this class.

Athletes are challenged in all areas of gymnastic training in a fun and motivating environment. Perseverance, progress and FUN are the important aspects of this class.
