Cheerleading Programs

Junior Total Cheerfit – Ages 4-6 years / 60 Mintutes / Ratio 8:1
Your little athlete will have lots of fun and burn lots of energy in this class! Children learn the fundamentals of cheerleading in a safe and fun environment. They work on a 2 ½ minute routine (competitive standards) set to music that includes a cheer, dance, stunts, jumps, and tumbling. Cheerleading teaches balance, body control, strength, powerand flexibility. Most importantly, cheerleading is based on teamwork and cooperation. The routine will be performed for parents on the last day of the session. Camaraderie, self-confidence and FUN are important aspects of this class.
  • Warm-up / Dance (20 minutes) - with music
  • Stunts (20 minutes) – thigh stand, shoulder sit, double base
  • Cheer & Jumps (10 Minutes) – Star jump, pike jump, tuck jump
  • Tumbling (10 minutes) – Tumbl Trak, floor – forward roll, cartwheel
Total Cheerfit Plus – Ages 7-10 years / 60 minutes / Ratio 8:1
Plus athletes focus on the fundamentals of cheerleading in a safe and fun environment. They work on a 2 ½ minute routine (competitive standards) set to music that includes a cheer, dance, stunts, jumps, and tumbling. Cheerleading teaches balance, body control, strength, power and flexibility. Most importantly, cheerleading is based on teamwork and cooperation.
