TRAINING: Teams can take two approaches.
1– Book the Baseball Academy and have your staff
run your team through the drills.
2 – ask the Baseball Academy to provide instruction for your team.
Generally, cost for each coach is $50 per hour on top of the field time.
Teams may add in pro coaches as they move along their winter training schedule.
PROGRAM: Winter training season is set to begin on Halloween 2011, however many teams begin
their training on the first weekend of January, 2012. Either way, the Baseball Academy will service
your needs for off season training. The Baseball Academy’s pricing is $150 per hour, which includes 30 minutes of Fitness training before the 60 minute on field training begins.

The Sports Training Academy is a 25,000 square foot indoor sports training facility located on the Oakville/Mississauga border catering to young athletes who want to improve their athletic performance through skills training and conditioning by utilizing cross-training with professional instruction in order to enhance coordination, flexibility, agility and strength making a better all-around athlete.
